The ideal candidate has 15+ years in drinking water planning/engineering, a PE license, and a track record in client development and staff leadership. Travel and leadership in industry associations are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional engineering registration required.
• Experience in sales and developing win strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic positioning and technical differentiation.
• Manage client relationships and pursue opportunities across HDR markets.
