The candidate will lead pursuit strategies, manage key client relationships, and guide program delivery while collaborating with regional leadership. A senior-level professional with 15+ years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Drinking Water market sector strategies across HDR geographies.

• Support client development, staffing plans, and talent management within the sector.
• Oversee project delivery leadership, QA/QC, and risk management in key pursuits.
• Drive industry leadership through participation in associations and client relationships.
