Job summary

HDR is seeking a Drinking Water Market Sector BDD to lead development and implementation of strategies across HDR geographies. You will coordinate with Market Sector leadership, regional leaders, client managers and Business Class Directors to drive top-line growth and deliver strategic initiatives.

The role requires 15+ years in drinking water planning and engineering, strong client development, and a track record of leading major pursuits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant industry experience
• Self-starter with limited oversight
• Knowledge of A/E/C procurement for professional services
• Ability to develop win strategies and build client networks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel across regions and countries

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of business strategies across HDR geographies
• Serve as Client Manager for selected key drinking water clients
• Lead pursuit strategies and develop proposals and interview materials
• Promote HDR services to Drinking Water clients across all geographies
• Coordinate with Water Business Group leadership to drive growth and international initiatives
