Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, and interview preparations.
• Mentor staff and drive technical excellence within the team.
• Support project delivery as Principal in Charge and ensure risk management.
