Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience in drinking water planning, engineering design, and client development.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering; PE registration preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven win strategies, proposal development, and project pursuit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead market sector development and client relationship management for Drinking Water.
• Act as Principal in Charge on key projects and drive successful delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic pursuit and win strategies for high-value contracts.
• Mentor staff, coordinate staffing plans, and recruit for market sector growth.
