Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant industry experience in drinking water planning and engineering design, client development, and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Experience in development and management of strategic positioning and technical differentiation.
• Experience in growing programs in new or highly competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive client management and lead pursuit strategies for drinking water market sector.
• Develop and deliver strategic initiatives for market growth and market sector leadership.
• Lead as Principal in Charge on key project delivery and support QA/QC for successful projects.
• Mentor staff and coordinate recruiting and professional development.
