• Minimum 20+ years of drinking water planning and engineering design, client development, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Experience in strategic positioning and client relationships.
• Experience with win strategies and contract reviews.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate HDR and Water vision within the market sector to lead the industry.
• Serve as Client Manager for key Sector clients and be active in the industry.
• Lead pursuits, develop strategies, proposals, and interviews.
• Promote HDR services to Drinking Water clients across geographies.
• Support MS initiatives across Regions, Areas, and international markets.
• Develop client relationships and guide pursuit processes.
