HDR is seeking a senior Drinking Water Market Sector leader to drive strategic growth across national and international client bases. You will coordinate cross-sector pursuits, lead client relationships, and shape market positioning while mentoring staff and aligning resources for large-scale water projects.

Qualifications

15+ years in drinking water planning and engineering design.
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
Professional engineering registration.
Experience in sales and developing win strategies.
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuit strategies and coordinate with sector leadership.
Serve as client manager for key drinking water clients.
Drive staff development and recruitment within the sector.
Support contract reviews and risk management on projects.
