Qualifications

• Self-starter with a proven record of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Strong network of clients and industry partners; ability to win contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of drinking water market strategies.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients; act as Pursuit Leader on opportunities.
• Develop cross-geography marketing and delivery of HDR services.
• Mentor staff; coordinate staffing and talent management.
• Review contracts to manage risk and staffing adequacy.
• Drive client satisfaction and technical excellence across projects.
