Job summary

HDR seeks a seasoned leader to drive the Drinking Water Market Sector across HDR geographies, coordinating with market sector leadership and client managers. You will guide pursuit strategies, develop client relationships, and advance HDR services to drinking water clients globally.

You will work with senior leaders to mentor staff, manage resources, and identify investments that sustain HDR as an industry leader in water planning and engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience in drinking water planning, engineering design, and client development.
• Professional engineering registration and strong program management skills.
• Experience with strategic positioning and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of drinking water market sector strategies across HDR geographies.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients and pursue opportunities with effective capture strategies.
• Support international market growth in Canada, UK, and Australia.
• Drive staff development, recruitment planning, and resource management.
• Represent HDR in industry associations and maintain HDR’s leadership position.
