Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in the A/E/C industry.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategic positioning and technical differentiation for Drinking Water planning and/or engineering services.
• Act as Client Manager for key Drinking Water clients and lead pursuit strategies.
• Coordinate with Regional/Area leadership to develop and deliver MS initiatives.
• Support project delivery, QA/QC, and staffing to meet goals; mentor staff.
