The role emphasizes developing and executing pursuit strategies, advancing technical differentiation, mentoring staff, and building relationships with senior leadership and key clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience in drinking water planning and engineering.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Strong client development and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market sector strategy and growth initiatives across HDR geographies.
• Serve as Client Manager for selected key drinking water clients.
• Lead pursuit strategies and development of capture approaches for opportunities.
• Promote HDR services to Drinking Water clients and coordinate cross-market efforts.
• Mentor staff, drive technical excellence, and engage with industry associations.
