Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to deliver an in-store experience that centers on the customer. You will learn our best-in-class products, use digital tools for selling, and support an omnichannel approach to help customers find their dream mattress.

You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and drive personal sales performance and KPIs while adhering to company values. High energy and a passion for helping people sleep well are a must.

Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and omnichannel support.
Maintain relationships with customers post-purchase and assist with delivery reminders.
Stay aware of competitors and promotions while delivering an engaging shopping experience.
Assist with lifting and moving items (up to 50+ pounds) as needed.
