Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant in New Jersey to guide buyers from initial contact to closing. You will cultivate relationships, manage leads, and leverage Lennar’s selling approach to secure sales.

Travel to local communities is required to generate opportunities and maintain market knowledge. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience in new home sales or real estate, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in new home sales or real estate.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, using the 10-5-2-1 selling approach.
• Provide consistent and timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities, maintaining records.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals, and proactive self-prospecting.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive market, products, communities, trends, ads, and customer demographics.
• Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company-tracked tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
