Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service for homebuyers. You will source new customers, help clients design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales flow from initial contact to loan and construction stages.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years related experience or an Associate’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with DRH Sales apps. Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Ability to drive a vehicle and operate DRH Sales apps on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email is expected.
• Regularly meet sales goals and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to customers.
• Source new customers and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Assist customers in finding and designing their dream home; coordinate with team.
• Maintain accurate documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan for customer relationships.
• Network with realtors and attend sales meetings.
• Keep CRM/database up to date and manage time to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
