Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative in Orlando to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales flow.

Responsibilities include communicating value, understanding customer goals, overcoming objections, and maintaining thorough transaction documentation from sale to construction. A vehicle and driving flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
