Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk 4 hours or more and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather; moderate noise.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to customers.
• Uncover goals and position DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain transaction documentation from sale to loan.
• Source new sales opportunities.
