Job summary

Responsibilities include engaging visitors, generating and closing leads, maintaining model homes and communities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, leveraging the selling approach.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker partnerships, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, product offerings, and sales trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using company tools and contribute to reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
