Ideal candidates will source new opportunities, network with realtors, maintain accurate records, and meet sales goals while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years related experience are acceptable educational prerequisites.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and challenges and position DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation of the transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and develop a marketing plan to establish new customer relationships.
• Network with realtors and manage time to meet sales goals.
