Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Experience using DRH Sales applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to potential customers.
• Source new customers and maintain an expanding prospect database.
• Assist customers in finding and designing their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
• Network with realtors and conduct outreach to grow business.
