Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service. You will source new customers, help customers find and design their dream home, and guide them through the sales and loan process.

You will communicate our value proposition, develop relationships with realtors, meet sales goals, maintain prospect databases, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, ethical transaction from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Meet sales goals and work effectively with the team.
