The candidate will maintain records from sale through loan and construction, meet sales goals, and collaborate with a team. A vehicle and valid license are required; MS Office and DRH Sales apps familiarity is expected.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.

• Overcome objections and close for the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
