Ici-Homes in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an On Your Land (OYL) Sales Associate to guide families from first consultation to contract execution.

You will generate leads, meet buyers, explain floor plans, financing options, and the construction process, and build strong relationships with lenders and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in new home or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple prospects and follow-up.
• Organized and proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through community outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Meet with prospective buyers to understand needs, budget, and vision.
• Educate customers on the On Your Land program, floor plans, financing, and construction.
• Assist customers in selecting home designs and options.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and real estate professionals throughout selling process.
