Job summary

KB Home in New York is seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Counselor to meet prospective buyers, present the benefits of our newly constructed homes, and close sales to create satisfied customers.

You will tour models, discuss floor plans, overcome objections, coordinate financing with KBHS, and follow up weekly to ensure a smooth closing process while maintaining a clean, well-presented community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature and information.
• Demonstrate models and discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate financing with our preferred lender (KBHS).
• Document sales transactions and follow up on loan applications.
