Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a New Home Consultant in Washington state to manage the new home purchase process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a delightful customer experience at Welcome Home Centers. Responsibilities include generating leads, knowing products and communities, and guiding customers through to post-closing while supporting neighborhood promotions and trainings.

A HS diploma and 1–2 years in real estate or homebuilding are required with a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license preferred.
• 1–2 years in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors to understand home buying needs and preferences.
• Self-generate sales leads through community engagement and partnerships.
• Develop knowledge of products, communities, and demographics.
• Follow through with customers from initial contact to post-closing and maintain records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
