Job summary

Lennar USA is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from initial engagement to closing, using proactive sales techniques and strong relationship management to create a smooth buyer experience. You will generate, process, and close home sales from self-generated or referred leads, maintain accurate records, visit communities, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, community details, and trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using tracking tools; collaborate with internal teams.
• Participate in sales meetings and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
