Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Durham, North Carolina to manage the sales process and provide exceptional customer service while sourcing new customers and guiding them to design their dream home.

You will close sales, document transactions from sale to loan, and continually expand the customer and realtor network. A vehicle and valid license are required; CRM/DRH apps and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile or laptop.
• Proficient with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
• Source new customers and help them design their dream home.
• Close sales and ensure a smooth transaction from sale to loan.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate with team members.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish new relationships.
• Network and outreach to realtors to generate opportunities.
