Lennar is hiring a New Home Consultant in Foley, AL to guide homebuyers from engagement to closing. You will drive sales using proactive techniques, manage relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through leads using Lennar’s selling approach.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, and sales trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic with designated tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and satisfaction.
