Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through leads and selling approach.
• Provide follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, community details, trends, and demographics.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using company-designated tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives.
