Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for assigned communities to guide buyers through the new home selection process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage customer interactions from first contact to contract, collaborating with design, marketing, and operations to stay current on products, options, and availability. Role supports sales targets, maintains model homes, and fosters positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home sales, real estate, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer interactions and completing sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through home selection and purchasing process.
• Conduct community tours, demonstrate model homes, floorplans, and options.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads via referrals, events, marketing, and online platforms.
• Prepare, review, and process accurate sales contracts and documentation in compliance with standards.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, lead progression, and contract activity in CRM.
