Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers identify floor plans, options, and coordinate construction processes.
• Set home center visits by converting ads and web leads to appointments using the prospect database.
• Demonstrate homes and features to potential buyers to create added value.
• Perform merchandising tasks to maintain model homes and inventory appearance.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain customer files using the company CRM.
