Hilton Richmond is seeking a Restaurant FOH Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our hotel dining outlets, including the restaurant, bar and banquet spaces. You will lead a team, ensure service standards, and uphold guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The requirements include 1–2 years in food and beverage, a high school diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, working knowledge of POS systems, knowledge of food safety and alcohol service, plus flexibility to work

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of food and beverage experience. Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Customer service: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• POS: Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Food safety: Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations.
• Organization: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Scheduling: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
