Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Ability to communicate in English with team members and guests.
• Alcohol Awareness Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas and tables for meals, ensuring proper setup.
• Oversee banquet and function service and supervise team members.
• Greet and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Maintain banquet room cleanliness and equipment.
