Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Waldorf, Maryland is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality, and guide a team of hourly Team Members. You will support scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours alongside the shop leadership, delivering exceptional guest service and promoting an inclusive culture.

As a Shift Supervisor you will drive performance, maintain a positive work environment, and participate in continuous learning

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive culture.
