Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Alabama is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shop operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and support the shop leadership team to deliver a WOW guest experience.

You will supervise a team of hourly crew members, assist with scheduling, onboarding and training, and provide exceptional customer service while nurturing an inclusive culture where every employee can shine. Weekly pay and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience
1 year of experience supervising a team
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Travel Requirements: 0-10%
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
