Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Alabama to help run daily operations, supervise a team of hourly staff, and deliver a WOW guest experience. You’ll partner with shop leadership to maintain safety, quality, and speed while coaching teammates and supporting scheduling and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience, at least 1 year of supervisory work, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to travel 0–10% and work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture.
