Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Brush Country Nursing and Rehabilitation in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with the medical team to provide compassionate resident care and support the nursing staff.

Under the guidance of an amazing DON and clinical leaders, you will deliver high-quality long-term care, while growing your professional skills and advancing toward your career goals.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.

• Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
