Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our dedicated long-term care team in Mansfield, TX. You will work with the Medical Director and attending physicians to evaluate residents and plan nursing services under strong leadership.

You will support your colleagues’ growth, document assessments, and perform administrative duties to ensure high-quality resident care. If you value teamwork and making a difference, we’d love to meet you.

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Confers with the Medical Director and attending physician for residents assigned to you.
• Consults with physicians regarding resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Help team members grow their careers and support staff development.
• Examines residents and records to identify normal vs. abnormal findings and early warning signs.
• Performs administrative duties for residents, such as forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
