Priority Management is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or RN for Springtown, TX, to join our long-term care team. The role focuses on resident care under the guidance of the DON and clinical leadership, with opportunities to grow skills and advance within the organization.

Responsibilities include collaborative care planning, evaluating residents, and performing administrative duties, with a graveyard shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early signs of serious problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
