Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a capable LPN/LVN to join Camelot Rehabilitation at Magnolia Park in Lafayette, LA. The charge nurse will oversee nursing care for residents in long-term, skilled, and ventilator units while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a current LPN or LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing; IV certification is preferred. The role includes leading licensed and non-professional staff and ensuring compliance with
