Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or registered nurse (RN) to join the caring team at Bridgeport Medical Lodge in Bridgeport, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to support residents, review records, and contribute to developing nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.

• Examining residents and charts to identify normal vs. abnormal findings early on.
• Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting for assigned residents.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
