Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC in Mansfield, TX is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or RN to join our compassionate care team. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to plan and deliver nursing services tailored to each resident's needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
