Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN or RN for a full-time position at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Springtown, TX 76082. The role supports residents under the direction of the Medical Director and Nursing leadership, with a day shift schedule.

You will collaborate with a compassionate team to plan and deliver nursing services, monitor residents, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN/LVN or RN in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• FT schedule: Monday through Friday.

Responsabilités

• Consult with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Support team members' growth and development.
• Examine residents and records to identify early signs of adverse conditions.
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting for assigned residents.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers- you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications:
