Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a DOT Compliance Analyst at our Lenexa, KS location to oversee driver qualification, FMCSA compliance, and fleet reporting. The role ensures regulatory filings, records management, and risk controls align with federal and state requirements.

The analyst collaborates with Legal, Risk Management, and branch leadership to maintain audit readiness, monitor CSA data, and drive safety compliance across fleets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or DOT compliance.
• 3–5 years managing DOT and FMCSA programs incl. Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, CSA monitoring, audits, reporting.
• Experience with DOT regulatory filings like IFTA, IRP, UCR, MCS-150.
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and compliance monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage DOT Driver Qualification Files and ensure FMCSA compliance.
• Prepare and manage state and federal fleet filings (IFTA, IRP, UCR, 2290, MCS-150).
• Monitor CSA data and FMCSA DataQs, advise leadership on issues.
• Coordinate with Legal, Government Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Support driver training and regulatory reporting.
