Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum one year Job Corps or related program experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff coverage to ensure dorm supervision and maintain substitute rosters.
• Supervise Residential Advisors, evaluate performance and enforce conduct policies.
• Ensure adherence to rest and meal break requirements.
• Oversee student dorm leadership program and provide case management.
• Provide transportation for students as required.
• Maintain incident and shift reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain dorm security and inventory, initiate repairs as needed.
