Adams and Associates is seeking a Residential Advisor at Phoenix Job Corps Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will guide students to maintain positive dormitory living and support their goals within the Job Corps program.

Your duties include supervising dorms, coordinating visits with counselors, documenting daily operations, and promoting safety and healthy peer interactions. The role requires a high school diploma and a commitment to shift work and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year Job Corps or related program experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance for students to achieve positive attitudes and appropriate behavior in dormitory living.
• Determine, recommend, and arrange student visits to counselors.
• Assist in unit activities and dormitory management.
• Patrol dormitories and center to ensure safety and proper behavior.
• Prepare daily operations report and related administrative correspondence.
• Direct and assist in dormitory upkeep and safety provisions.
• Maintain student files and documentation.
• Enter student case notes in the information system.
• Support career development services and mentoring within the dorm.
