Adams and Associates is seeking a Senior Residential Advisor at the Phoenix Job Corps Center to direct and coordinate Dormitory staff and activities, ensuring safety, discipline, and accurate recordkeeping. You will oversee residential operations during assigned shifts and may serve as Acting Residential/Dorm Supervisor in the absence of the supervisor.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience.
• In-state driver's license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and control dormitory conditions and coordinate staff decisions.
• Assist in training and evaluation of residential living staff.
• Perform administrative duties for student passes, leaves, evaluations, and reports.
• Ensure safety and proper student behavior in dormitories.
• Communicate with families to resolve problems and support student wellbeing.
• Maintain student records and update center information systems regularly.
