Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a dormitory supervisor for Job Corps centers in Pennsylvania. You will guide students toward positive attitudes, supervise dorms, coordinate activities, and uphold zero tolerance policy while promoting safety and respectful behavior.

Responsibilities include counseling, coordinating visits to counselors, maintaining student files, entering case notes, and supporting career development services; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide students to achieve a positive attitude and proper behavior in dormitory living and to accomplish goals and objectives.
• Determine, recommend, and arrange student visits to counselor.
• Assist in unit activities and dormitory operations.
• Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety and proper behavior of students.
• Prepare daily operations reports, pass lists, and related administrative correspondence.
• Direct students and assist in dorm cleanup and maintenance; maintain files and documentation.
• Enter student case notes in the center information system.
