ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC is seeking a Senior Residential Advisor at the Phoenix Job Corps Center to supervise dormitory staff and coordinate residential activities. You will direct Residential Advisors on assigned shifts and ensure safety and discipline within the dormitories, while preparing records and reports for program coordination.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with advanced degrees preferred and at least one year of Job Corps or related program experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• A valid in-State Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dormitory activities and staff.
• Direct and evaluate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts.
• Prepare records, reports, and maintain student progress.
• Ensure safety and proper student behavior in the dormitories.
• Communicate with families by mail and phone as required to resolve problems and assure the well-being of students.
• Coordinate dormitory activities including entertainment, unit competitions, and unit courts.
• Inspect dormitory areas and coordinate facility maintenance as needed.
