Job summary

The Phoenix Job Corps Center seeks a Dorm Supervisor to provide students in the dorm with a safe, clean, structured living environment that supports retention, achievement and success.

As the lead case manager, you will supervise the Dorm Life team, deliver personal counseling to enhance student employability and ensure enrollment and completion of the Job Corps program. This on-site role requires a High School diploma and one year of Job Corps or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year Job Corps or related program experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to lift 40 pounds and relates well with students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff coverage for dorm supervision and substitutes.
• Oversees student dorm leadership programs and case management for progress and retention.
• Provides transportation as required and ensures confidentiality of student data.
